These terms govern your use of MySocioRep ("the Service"). By creating an account you agree to them. If you use the Service on behalf of a company or client, you confirm you are authorised to bind them to these terms.
1. What the Service does
MySocioRep drafts, schedules and, where you allow it, publishes posts to social accounts you connect, using AI models and the material you provide (such as your resume, projects, activity log and profile facts).
2. Your responsibilities
- You are responsible for all content published from your connected accounts, whether you approved it individually or enabled autopilot.
- You will comply with the terms and policies of LinkedIn, X and any other platform you connect, including their rules on automation and AI-generated or synthetic media.
- You will only connect accounts and post on behalf of people or organisations who have authorised you to do so.
- You will not use the Service to publish content that is unlawful, deceptive, defamatory, infringing, or that impersonates another person.
- You will keep your login credentials secure and tell us promptly about any unauthorised use.
3. AI-generated content
Drafts are produced by AI and may contain errors. Review content before it is published, or accept that responsibility when you enable autopilot. Images generated by the Service are AI-generated; disclose them as such where a platform or law requires it.
4. Plans, trials and payment
- Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, through our payment processor Flutterwave. Prices are shown before you pay.
- Recurring plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from Plan & billing; you keep access until the end of the period already paid for.
- Free trials convert to the Free plan when they end. We never charge you for a trial.
- Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or where we decide otherwise at our discretion. Contact support@mysociorep.com about billing problems.
- If a renewal fails, your plan continues for a short grace period and then moves to the Free plan. Plan limits apply as described on the pricing page.
- Economy plans are offered only to customers in Africa and are paid in a supported local currency. We may move an account that isn't eligible to another plan at the end of its current period.
4a. Tokens
- AI-written posts and images, publishing to X, and some other features use tokens. The number each one uses is shown on the pricing page and may change when our providers change their prices.
- Each plan includes tokens for every calendar month. They are used first, and any left at the end of the month do not carry over.
- Tokens you buy are used once your plan's tokens for the month run out. They do not expire while your account is open, and they work on any plan, including Free.
- Tokens have no cash value, can't be transferred, and are non-refundable except where required by law. Tokens left when you delete your account are lost.
5. Your content and data
You keep ownership of your content. You grant us the limited licence needed to process, store and publish it to provide the Service. Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy. You can export or delete your data from Account & security at any time.
6. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, risk harm to others, or put our access to connected platforms at risk. You may delete your account at any time.
7. Availability and liability
The Service depends on third-party platforms and AI providers that can change or fail. We provide the Service "as is" and, to the extent permitted by law, are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for content published at your direction. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified by email or in the app at least 14 days before they take effect.
